We do not offer exchanges or refunds on purchases due to the nature of the product.

We take the utmost care while packaging our flowers and arrangements but understand items can get damaged during shipping and transit which is unfortunately out of our control.

If your arrangement does arrive damaged, please email us at luxebloomsbybec@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged product and we will discuss the issue with you further.
